At Cartec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items. If your fit isn't perfect, we are here to help you find the right style or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Cartec account and select the items you wish to return from your recent orders to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
