Return Process

  Log into your Cartec account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
